The Maple tree has long been revered by the Ojibwe people for its amazing Maple Sap collected every year in the Spring! To create maple syrup, “taps” are placed in Maple trees to collect the Sap. The Sap is then cooked down while being stirred continuously. Once the desired consistency is reached, the Maple Syrup is ready to be bottled! A lot of love and family tradition are placed into each bottle of 100% pure Maple Syrup. Our Syrup is delicious on everything from pancakes to fruit!
